Emergency Calls and Calls to other Special Numbers

At the moment it is not possible to call any Emergency Numbers and other special numbers like 118**, 11* or 09** from your Netway Phone account.  

Therefore you must always have another phone ready (for example your mobile phone) to make calls to emergency numbers and other special numbers. Netway Phone is not responsible for any problems in such cases.

Payments by Credit Card

We accept Master and Visa cards. Please note that we notify all credit/debit card fraudulent orders to police and cyber crime authorities. We own the right to deny all the orders that look suspicious.

Expiry of your Netway Phone account

Your Netway Phone account is valid forever and there is no balance expiry time, we respect our customers and provide them value for their money.

Return Policy

We offer 'Open Return Guaranty' whcih means you can always get the balance available in your account back.

1. For example, You bought $10 credit on 10 September, on 25th of September there are $7 available on your account and you want to have them back, you will contact us and say that you want your money back for some reason, we will send $7 back to your credit card.

2. If for some reason you want your money back then please contact customer support.

3. It is not possible to for you to getback the startup fee and monthly fee of your phone number once it has been deducted from your account. If you would like to disconnect your phone number then you must do so before the next billing month starts.

Billing

All calls from your Netway Phone account are billed with one second increments. Premium and and free numbers are also charged the same way.

Price Changes

Netway Phone can change prices at any time depending on an increase in our costs.

Security of your Netway Phone account

Only you are responsible for the security of your Netway Phone account. The user name and password of your Netway Phone account is personal to you, no one else should have access to it. It is you who are responsible for every usage of your account. If you suspect that someone has got access to your account info, please contact us as soon as possible so that we could change the password of your account for your security.
